Understanding/Buyer's Agreement
Upon purchasing and using Barns by Gardner designs (including all elements - drawings, materials lists, notes, details, and any other inclusions), the individual purchasing these designs (herein referred to as "the buyer") understands and agrees to the following conditions:
- The buyer and their builder are responsible for verifying all dimensions, materials, processes, and other details before construction: Any disparities should be reported to Barns by Gardner, Ltd. and/or Plan It CAD, Inc., which assume no liability or responsibility for inadvertent variations/discrepancies, construction interpretations, and/or constructed results.
- Any loss or damage to the buyer's property as a result of using Barns by Gardner designs is the responsibility of the buyer, and not that of Plan It CAD, Inc. or Barns by Gardner, Ltd.
- Buyers using Barns by Gardner "suggested construction methods" and "list of suggested materials" are responsible for adapting them to any modifications made in Barns by Gardner designs for building code compliance or any other reason.
- Barns by Gardner "suggested constructed methods" and "list of suggested materials" are intended to be read and interpreted by building design/construction professionals or persons w/construction experience.
- Barns by Gardner designs have been created, drawn, and sold by Barns by Gardner, Ltd. and Plan It CAD, Inc. without control over/responsibility for issuance of building permits and final construction results. Barns by Gardner, Ltd. and Plan It CAD, Inc. are not responsible for making changes or incurring costs associated with engineering or any other requirements for construction.
- Barns by Gardner designs are intended to meet or surpass the Uniform Building Codes and construction requirements for the Front Range of northern Colorado that are current at the time they are drawn. Because codes vary with geographic areas and change over time, the buyer and their builder are responsible for complying with their local codes.
- Barns by Gardner designs are not to be used for any other purpose than the single structure constructed for the individuals(s) specified in the title block (lower right corner of the drawing).
- Barns by Gardner drawings or any component of Barns by Gardner designs are not to be reproduced without the written permission of Barns by Gardner, Ltd. and Plan It CAD, Inc.
- Barns by Gardner designs are not to be resold.
- All sales are final: Drawings are plotted for each order and design packages are not returnable. Payment is non-refundable.
